Refreshing Prosecco Cocktails

Prosecco and I are best friends. I’d like to downplay it and say we’re good friends and the other alcohols of the world are equally friendly but no, prosecco (and champagne) and I….we’re buddies. Good buddies. And I’ll take any opportunity to hang out with my good bud – brunch, lunch, dinner, dessert? Yes please, I’ll take two. At home, La Marca is my bottle of choice – its inexpensive and delicious (it seems like as far as taste you get more bang for your buck with prosecco vs. champagne). Usually, I just drink it on its own, which is definitely yummy, but sometimes you wanna spice things up. With some hot, sunny weather on its way, here are a few refreshing sounding prosecco cocktails.

Prosecco Cocktails

The Best Party Cocktail You’ve Ever Had | A Cup of Joe  – With gin and rosemary, so classy.

Prosecco Cocktails

Strawberry and Prosecco Rossini Cocktail | familystylefood – Like a Bellini but with strawberries instead of peach.

Prosecco Cocktails

Sparkling Grapefruit Sangria | How Sweet It Is – Perfect for grapefruit lovers, like me!

Prosecco Cocktails

Signature Cocktail #10: Basil Prosecco and Limoncello | Limn & Lovely – The basil is unexpected but it brings it all together.

Prosecco Cocktails

Blood Orange, Rosemary, & Prosecco Cocktail | Thymes They Are a Changing – Definitely wait to try until blood oranges are in season. It’s worth it.

Prosecco Cocktails

Make it: Fig Bubbly | Valley & Co. Lifestyle – With fig slices or a fig simple syrup!

I’ve had this page open most of the day and have been staring at all of these options. Prosecco has become a new favorite of mine and I would be interested in trying out some of these options.

I’m usually not suuper interested in like mimosas or anything but these sound really good. Let me know if you try any of them. Most of them sound very easy to make which is important to me because I’m lazy :)
