What I planned on writing about today didn’t work out so I went with what made sense post-4th of July. Hangover sunglasses. Though honestly I’m more hungover from NyQuil (yay summer cold) than the sangria from yesterday’s day drinking. But I’m sure, whether you’re on vacation or going to work today, some of you are wishing you could keep your sunglasses on for the day. Or maybe for the whole summer? There really isn’t such a thing as too much fun and sun, so hangover sunglasses are a summertime must.
I also have been thinking about getting new sunglasses. I absolutely love my Ray-Bans but my face has shrunk and now they look too big. Like awkward big. One day I was sitting on a bench and an older woman came up to me and said, “Wow! Your sunglasses are huge!” I think I just laughed and agreed with her but afterwards I was definitely self-conscious about it. Time for new sunglasses right?
