For the first time in forever I’m not immediately gravitating toward braids for holiday hair inspiration (sorry, Katniss). You know what I’m loving more right now? Sleek, shiny, healthy hair. I’m very skilled with hair so I want something that’s fairly easy to recreate like easy ponytails or buns. Hair accouterments are also welcome because they make your hairstyle unique, whether it’s little flowers that kinda look like stars or colored bobby pins. The trick with ponytails and buns is to find the balance between looking nonchalant and ladylike – with these styles in particular it’s sometimes hard to know where the line is between posh and sporty (or child-like). These looks though, are a great way to show off your hair while still keeping those locks casual and comfortable.
