The other day I came across Gala Darling’s visual survey and was so inspired that I had to make my own. Though our styles are quite different I loved the idea of putting my feelings about 2016 and 2017 into images. While I’m still going to write my annual Year in Review post come January, here’s a little out of the box survey of my thoughts. If you’re a visual person you’ll probably love this idea, so like Gala Darling suggested maybe put one together yourself! Post it on your Facebook or your blog and share it with friends so they can do the same. I have to admit, I spent way too much time analyzing and then overanalyzing my visual answers to these questions but it was really fun to put together.
2016 was just a jumble of emotions, it was both the blog’s most successful year, and one of the most difficult for me personally. Oh the growing pains. But one thing was certain in 2016 (and in life) and man sometimes it’s hard to hear but change is the only constant. So many things happened in 2016 that it’s funny to look back and be like oh wow that happened this year? But based on that alone I know 2017 will be just as unpredictable. Cheers to a bright and fruitful new year and the happiest of holidays. And a big hug to all y’all.
