Way back in March my Mom and I went in to Sephora to try out some products. While I was there I mentioned to one of the girls that I was looking for a “do-it-all” lipstick. I usually mix two-three lipsticks together to personalize my lipcolor and I was looking for one product I could just throw in my purse and use all the time. She brought me sooo many lipsticks to try on, I have no idea how many, but I eventually figured out that I wanted a lipstick that was close to my lip color but better, richer, bigger. A light went off in her head and she came back with a tarte LipSurgence™ matte lip tint in Exposed.
When I put it on I was a little unsure, probably because I had tried on at least ten other shades and my eyes were tired of checking my teeth for whiteness, if the color looked good with my complexion, blah blah blah. However, the more I looked at it the more I liked it. It really was my lip color but better. It also made my lips look fuller. Like…Italian 50s/60s bombshell fuller. It’s a lip tint but doesn’t dry out your lips and the nude color is perfect. I’m obsessed. I wear it pretty much every day. But now I want more colors. There are six colors in the tarte LipSurgence™ matte lip tint collection and seven in the regular tarte LipSurgence™ lip tint collection. I prefer the matte but definitely check them all out.
