It’s Friday! So that means that means it’s time to get ‘fancy’, right? Well, this was going to be a normal ‘Fancy Friday‘ post, but (un)fortunately only one of the pieces I ended up liking is pricey, the rest are really reasonable. But all of them are summery fun so I’m going with it. I went in with a different F.F. theme in mind but surprised myself when most of the pieces I liked were yellow. It’s a color I am never ever drawn to, but I’ve been really enjoying it lately. I think that is probably because all I want out of life right now is sunshine and no color says summertime more than yellow.
I haven’t found a yellow that I find flattering on my skin tone but that’s because the rich buttery or bright versions are the ones I like the most… and I’m quite the pale one. Oh well, everyone else can have this color. Please, wear it if you can. Flaunt it. Because yellow is just a good feeling color, and, I keep saying it but I promise it’s true, summer is just around the corner!
