I enjoy putting together Thanksgiving posts way more than I enjoy Thanksgiving itself. Especially, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the food. I have multiple Thanksgiving food roundups that are ah-mazing. People are just so awesome and creative that it makes putting together posts like these really fun. I’ve done Thanksgiving side dishes, main dishes that aren’t turkey, and even unique turkey recipes with things like mole roasted turkey. There’s even a post all about pie! This year I went with a different, but very helpful, theme; Thanksgiving leftover recipes. Because we all know that Thanksgiving ain’t Thanksgiving without a bunch of leftovers. And while your classic turkey sandwich is always welcome, it’s time to switch things up and explore the world of Thanksgiving leftover recipes. Ahem, and if you indulged in a few too many drinks, many of these are also great hangover cures!
