Since the beginning of Style and Cheek, I’ve tried to do a Spooky Style post every year. A post that showcases cheeky Halloween related fashion pieces that can be worn throughout October, to parties, or used as part of a costume. The use is up to you but the point of this post is to show you what “spooky style” is all about, pieces that are hokey, funny, or a little saucy.
I believe it was last year when I did Spooky Style that I had a hard time finding Halloween fashion pieces and felt disappointed with the selection. This year I have the opposite problem, there are too many good things! Maybe the retailers felt my disappointment (or wrath) as I searched their sites for spooky style goodies and realized that they needed a good Halloween selection. OR people are finally having more fun with their style during October. I hope it’s the latter. Check out my faves below.
Missguided Beaded Skeleton Mesh Bodysuit Black – I absolutely love this bodysuit. So cute. So fun. So perfect for Halloween and it won’t break the bank. Forget a real costume, just be a skeleton.
ASOS Halloween Glow In The Dark Pumpkin Design Tights – You know I love a good pair of cheeky tights. I still love the sassy bat tights from last year, but these are adorable. And your knees will glow in the dark!
Wildfox Just Here for the Boos Easy Tee – Jokes. Jokes. Jokes. Gotta love a good pun on Halloween, right? I do anyway. And I gotta admit, if there’s a party I’m likely there for the *boos* as well.
ASOS LIVID Halloween Nightmare Pointed Ballet Slippers – Fun! And I love the Halloweeny detail on the text. These would be great for a Mom taking their child trick or treating but wants to stay comfy, yet in the spirit of Halloween.
Wildfox Real Treat Weekend Lounger – Cheeky girl. And also quite comfy. What’s better in fall than snuggling up in a comfy sweatshirt? Especially one with such a fun Halloween feel as this. I think some cuddling is in order.
Rock ‘N Rose Uptown Crown Lace Headband – This is a piece I’d want to wear all the time. Halloween parties (and costumes) could pair perfectly with a lace crown, but then bring it back out for your birthday. #doyou.
ASOS Sweater with Halloween Teen Witch Slogan – I love Teen Witch and basically any of the cheesy supernatural themed teen movies from the ’80s, so this pink sweater is just perfect. Now all you need is a bucket hat and a bedazzled jean jacket.
ASOS EARLY DAYS Lace Up Ankle Boots – Everyone needs a good witchy heel. Or one that could work with any variety of Halloween costumes, Red Riding Hood, (badass) Snow White, rock star, super hero, etc. etc. Plus, they’re super sexy.[show_shopthepost_widget id=”1109412″]
